About Stringers:

Known locally as ‘Stringers Corner’, Stringers occupies a special place in the history of Sorrento. Trading from breakfast until late, Stringers incorporates an Italian-inspired deli and grocer, authentic wood-fired Neopolitan pizza and gelateria, rear courtyard with vibrant music and a champagne and cocktail bar. Executive Chef Ash Hicks heads up the restaurant and bar, with a menu inspired by seasonal Italian flavours and local produce. By day and by night, ‘Stringers Corner’ is reborn.


Experience & Skills:

  • Exposure to high energy work environment
  • Pizza Experience and ability to hand stretch pizza dough is advantageous
  • Creativity and skill in the kitchen
