As a Venue Manager, you’ll lead one of our venues end to end, shaping the experience of every guest and building a team that loves what they do. It’s a role that blends leadership, commercial thinking and genuine hospitality, with real ownership of how your venue runs and performs.

In the role you will:

• Lead the day-to-day running of your venue and its floor team
• Own service standards and the guest experience, start to finish
• Coach, mentor and develop supervisors and assistant managers
• Drive training and development across the team
• Manage rostering, labour, stock and compliance
• Own your venue’s financial performance, KPIs and profitability
• Work with the group on local activity and commercial opportunities

• Proven leadership experience in a premium, fast-paced dining or events venue
• A talent for building, inspiring and developing high-performing teams
• A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
• Strong operational knowledge across rostering, inventory and service delivery
• Commercial acumen, with a solid grasp of budgets, KPIs and profitability
• A calm, capable approach under pressure
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Availability for weekends, public holidays and a rotating roster, plus a valid RSA
