As Venue Manager for The Kettle Black, you’ll be at the forefront of hospitality excellence, shaping the experiences of guests and team members alike. • Passionate about people, hospitality and experiences
• Previous experience in a management position in a high-volume venue
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets, for example revenue, cost of goods and labour
• Exemplary service skills and standards
• Sophisticated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and lead by example
• Strong organisational skills with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail and forward thinking to identify opportunities
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, morning and evening services.
• Experience with reservations and POS systems
