About the Role

As an Assistant / Venue Manager with Darling Group, you’ll be at the forefront of hospitality excellence, shaping the experiences of guests and team members alike. This role offers the perfect blend of leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking, allowing you to oversee the entire operation and create an environment that’s as inviting as it is efficient.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to Hospitality: Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and variable shifts, paired with a valid RSA.
