About the Role

As an Assistant / Venue Manager with Darling Group, you’ll be at the forefront of hospitality excellence, shaping the experiences of guests and team members alike. • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced, premium dining or events venue.

• Operational Excellence: Strong knowledge of venue operations, including rostering, inventory management, and service delivery.
