You know your way around an espresso machine, live for that silky milk texture, and know the difference between a good coffee and a great one. You're consistent, calm under pressure and care about every cup that hits the pass.

• Minimum 1 year barista experience in a fast-paced café
• Confident in dialling in and adjusting grind
• A love for specialty coffee and an eye for detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent communication and outgoing personality
• Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
