Sous Chef | Top Paddock


The Darling Group is currently looking for Sous Chefs & Junior Sous Chefs to join the team at Top Paddock.

Outstanding people make it all happen and we are looking for committed team members, with training and mentorship provided for less experienced candidates who can demonstrated a willingness to learn. Company-wide progression opportunities available.

You must be highly motivated and focused with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.


Experience & Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, positive work ethic
• Knowledge and experience in Events is advantageous
• Strong organisation skills with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Understands and complies with OH&S standards and food safety requirements
• The ability to effectively manage a diverse team
• Experience with Modern Australian breakfast cuisine is highly desirable.
• Experience with managing and maintaining OH&S standards and procedure

• Excellent attention to detail

• Display exemplary leadership and passion for global cuisine trends
